The Big Beat 'cast 18

The premise behind The Big Beat‘cast is simple: I’ll play you some new tunes that I think you ought to hear.  That buddy who tells you about a new song or band, that excitedly drops by to play you that new record.  So whether it’s discovering a new favorite or latest from an old one, my hope is to always introduce you to something you’ll like and want to know more about.

There’s been far too much good stuff lately to cram into one program.  So, just like Use Your Illusion I & II, here’s the second equally-good-if-not-better selection of tunes for you to stream or download.

  1. Regardless of how frequent (or infrequent) they are, these beat-casts are the best. Thanks for still giving us a chance to listen to you play and talk about new (and old) music Mike. I can't believe there used to be a time in my life when I could do it EVERY morning! Good times.
